Jobitex utilizes a PDSS VoIP telephone exchange for both internal and external communication. Thanks to telephony integration, they can easily transfer calls, make calls from mobile devices, and automatically open customer records from their invoicing system when a known customer calls.

Jobitex operates a webshop with over 5,000 active products. To ensure a clear and user-friendly display, we collaborated on a practical menu structure and easy-to-use filtering.
